About The Quad

The Quad is a fourplex located in north Minneapolis that was built in 1907.

Cast of Characters

• Vikki and Luisa: Owners living on the 2nd floor, south side unit

• Kris and Kristen: Owners living on the 2nd floor, north side unit

• Raquel and Susan: Owners living on the 1st floor, south side unit

*There are also three other people currently living in the building who are family, two rent the 1st floor unit on the north side and one lives with Raquel and Susan.

• Ollie (a.k.a. Olliepop, Poppers): the gray tabby who lives with Vikki and Luisa

• Cyclops Brown (a.k.a. Cy, Clopsy): the stray black cat adopted by The Quad

• Mini (a.k.a. Mins, Miniature Mildred): the tuxedo cat who lives with Kris and Kristen

• Magali (a.k.a. Margarita, Magsy): the tan, mixed breed dog who lives with Raquel and Susan
